The Thesis

The Who, What, Where & Why
of Urgentflex

A disciplined, decade-long playbook for compounding value in a defensive, regulated, and rapidly evolving healthcare sector.

01

Who?

Urgentflex is an investment group making acquisitions in the regenerative healthcare space. Lionel White and Joanell Paris-Santos, founders of the company, and their team of advisors work together to bring value to the industry through acquisition.

02

What?

For the next decade ahead we plan to make acquisitions in the healthcare sector with the intention of exiting with a profitable NYSE IPO.

03

Where?

We are acquiring these asset classes in the SouthEastern Region of the United States, paying close attention to the secondary and tertiary markets in Florida and Georgia.

04

When?

As our acquisition process unfolds, we're charting a decade-long strategic course within the regenerative healthcare industry. With deliberate planning and focused efforts, we're dedicated to achieving our goals, fortifying our position, and creating a lasting impact in the sector.

05

Why?

We adore this industry for many reasons. It is considered a defensive sector — people will always need medical care regardless of economic conditions. The healthcare industry is highly regulated, providing stability and predictability, and constantly advancing with new technologies and treatments. Investing in companies at the forefront of these developments can be highly profitable.

06

How?

Our deal sourcing comes from cold-calling companies, networking within the industry or community, and outsourcing strong leads from accredited business brokers. Our capital stack is made up of a combination of Commercial Debt, Seller Financing Notes, and Private Investor Capital.

07

How we get your money back

A company's or an individual's investment can be repaid in a number of ways, including capital gains, equity, or recurring dividends to mention a few. With our commercial partners, cash flow will be used to pay down debt according to a minimum debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) of 180%.

Competitive Advantage

Strategy

Urgentflex's M&A strategy focuses on acquisitions small enough to escape the notice of larger buyers but large enough for small operators to pass up due to their lack of acquisition experience — paired with a management team of the highest caliber. The ideal range is between $5 to $10 million dollars.

For Investors

Invest With Us

Our mission is to give investors exposure to highly profitable healthcare deals without them having to find the deal, fund the entire deal, close the deal, manage the operations, or everything in between — as we transform the Healthcare Industry through world-class operational procedures and next-level care for our customers and end of market.

Most investors lack access to a team of professionals in finance, law, and healthcare who can ensure everything goes according to plan. Due to this, the majority of individual and institutional investors are unable to fully benefit from this asset class as an investment opportunity. We established Urgentflex to give investors — from large foreign funds to family offices and boutique PE firms — access to lucrative deals in the Healthcare Industry.
